Yes but... the trick is, how do you remain upright when you're asleep?

Durable but comfortable plastic braces with flexible padding! I haven't decided if one would be best under the shirt for sitting up...or one around the arm to keep your chin propped under your hand as your elbow rests on the desk! (Long sleeves are required to hide the arm brace, though!)
